GEORGE CLOONEY PREFERS THE WINES OF MAURIZIO ZANELLA: IN A RECENT INTERVIEW IN PEOPLE MAGAZINE, THE ACTOR REVEALS HE ONLY DRINKS THE RED WINE THAT HIS FRIEND IN FRANCIACORTA PRODUCES

A recent special issue of the American magazine, ‘People’, was dedicated to George Clooney, the “Sexiest man alive”. Inside, there are eight pages dedicated to “The Sexy Interview”, a series of questions that delve into the styles, passions, and small pleasures of George Clooney’s private life.
Among the things that make up “George’s world”, there is a part dedicated to Italy, with a special note on drinking choices. His favorite cocktail is, “vodka and soda, unless I'm in Italy…I'm old-school that way. But the entire summer in Italy I drink red wine. I drink my friend Maurizio Zanella's wine”.
Zanella is the founder of Franciacortina Ca’ del Bosco, and is the maker of great red wines, as well as sparkling wines of international acclaim.
