10 BOTTLES OF FRENCH DOMAINE CHAMBERTIN DUGAT PY-FROM 1999 TO 2010 AT 8.200 EUROS AND 3 OF 3 BOTTLES OF ITALIAN SASSICAIA 1985 SAN GUIDO ESTATE AT 2.400 EUROS: THESE ARE THE HIGHEST PAID LOTS AT THE PANDOLFINI AUCTION IN FLORENCE

A single bottle of La Tache Domaine de la Romanée Conti 1990 at 2.400 euros; 10 bottles of Chambertin Domaine Dugat-Py 1999 to 2010 at 8.200 euros and a bottle of Masseto 2001 of the Ornellaia Estate at 600 Euros along with two 1986 bottles (the first year of production) sold respectively at 1300 and 1200 euros, plus a Sassicaia 1985 Tenuta San Guido at 950 euros. These are some of the highest paid bottles at the Auction of fine and collectible wines yesterday, in Florence, promoted by Pandolfini, at the presentation of the "L'Espresso" guides.
There were 180 lots for a total value of more than 150.000 euros of some of the best Italian and French wines. Among the Italian lots, two six-liter bottles of Ornellaia 2006 of the Ornellaia Estate at 1.600 euros each and one double magnum Baffonero Rocca of Frassinello 2010 at 1.100 euros. Also, two more batches of 3 bottles of Sassicaia Tenuta San Guido 1985 sold for 2.400 and 2.300 euros and three bottles of Brunello di Montalcino Case Basse Riserva Soldera 1990 sold for 850 euros.
A five–bottle selection of Bruno Giacosa Barbaresco and Barolo (Barbaresco Santo Stefano Reserve red label 1998, Barbaresco Santo Stefano Reserve 1989, Barolo Falletto Reserve 1989, Barolo Collina Rionda Reserve 1989, Barolo Bussia Reserve 1979) was sold for 1.750 euros; two bottles of Barolo Giacomo Conterno 2005 Monfortino Reserve sold for 700 euros; an 8 bottle selection of Barolo Bartolo Mascarello (Reserve vintages 1961, 1964, 1967, 1970 and 1990) sold for 1.400 euros and an 8 bottle lot of Gaja Barbaresco (Sori Tildin 1989 and 1990, San Lorenzo 1989 and 1990, and Costa Russi 1988) sold for 1.400 euros.
Plus, 15 bottles of Solaia Antinori 1985 at 2.200 euros; 12 bottles of Le Pergole Torte Montevertine vintages 1993 and 1990 at 1.400 euros and a double magnum of St. Nicholas Castellare di Castellina 1990 sold for 500 Euros. Among the French wines, 5 bottles of Chateauneuf du Pape Chateau Rayas (Rouge 1967 and 1978 and Blanc 2001 and 2003) sold for 2.200 euros, while two 12 bottle lots of Chateau Lafite Rothschild 1986 sold respectively for 5.900 and 6.000 euros, while another batch of 9 bottles of the same wine, vintage 1989 went for 3.600 euros followed by 10 bottles of Chateau Latour 1990 at 3.800 euros and 12 bottles of Chateau Mouton Rothschild 1986 for 4.800 Euros.
