DE CASTRO, THE EX- MINISTER OF AGRICULTURAL POLICIES AND PROFESSOR OF AGRICULTURAL ECONOMY AND POLICIES AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BOLOGNA HAS BEEN CONFIRMED PRESIDENT OF THE AGRICULTURE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT

Paolo De Castro, former Minister of Agriculture Policies and Professor of Agricultural Economics and Policies at the Veterinarian Faculty at the University of Bologna has been confirmed President of the Agriculture Commission in the European Union Parliament. His re-election was welcomed by all the Italian agricultural organizations and gives hope in view of the course of modification and approval of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) in 2013.
