In Italy it is almost impossible to bring gourmet food to museums and historic residences, so maybe it is easier to do the opposite: bring art to the tables of gourmet restaurants. There are many examples including the gourmet restaurant at Eataly in Rome, where an entire wall is dedicated to Amedeo Modigliani with 3 of his original works: the sculpture "Tete de femme" and two pencil on paper, "Cariatide blu" and "Portrait of Kiki ", thanks to the collaboration of the Modigliani Institut, Amedeo Modigliani Paris-Rome Foundation, who brought the figurative art of the Maestro from Livorno to a place dedicated to the beauty of food, a metaphor to the kitchen of the young chef Gianluca Esposito of the restaurant Italia.
