More than 1.000 chefs in every corner of the five continents will pay tribute to French cuisine and its conviviality values on March 19th. In Italy the event has been organized by the French Embassy in Italy and the Italian Institut Français, together with Atout France, the French Tourist Board, upon the initiative of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development, in collaboration with Alain Ducasse: "Goût de France / Good France" - French Gastronomy Days in Italy (www.restaurateurs.goodfrance.com).
At the center of the Italian event to take place in Rome, French and Italian chefs will meet and exchange views on healthier, natural, sustainable and conscientious cuisine. Italy is first among the countries around the world where the event takes place for the number of participating restaurants, and the Ambassador of France in Italy, Catherine Colonna, has dedicated a series of events in the capital, from March 16 to 19th in connection with the world French wine & food day.
