The Italian Stock Exchange listed Gambero Rosso SpA on AIM Italy, the Alternative Capital Market for small and medium-sized Italian companies with high growth potential, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana. The flotation of the Company post-listing will be equal to 30.06% of the capital share.
“This is a historic result”, said the president of Gambero Rosso, Paolo Cuccia, “for our company, as it prepares to celebrate its thirtieth anniversary. Our goal of capital increase was 7.000.000”, stressed Cuccia, “and we achieved it despite the difficult market conditions and the overall international situation that in recent months have forced major companies to withdraw from listing. The funds collected by leading national and international investors - but also from a number of investors fans - are intended to finance the growth of all Gambero Rosso’s areas of activity”.
