“STARTING TODAY MASI IS LISTED ON THE STOCK EXCHANGE. FROM NOW IT WILL BE EASIER TO GET MORE VINEYARDS, EQUIPMENT AND STAFF TO GROW, WHILE CONTINUING TO PRODUCE EXCELLENCE”, SAID SANDRO BOSCAINI, PRESIDENT OF MASI, NOW LISTED ON AIM

“Starting today Masi is listed on the stock exchange and I would like to share with the family, shareholders and partners a feeling that is especially meaningful to people like us accustomed to the land, in contact with nature and in the service of wine, which more than any other product bears the marks of the culture of the area. Masi intends to maintain all these values unchanged, remaining in that small circle of high quality Italian wine producers.
Now, however, it will be easier for Masi to acquire more vineyards, equipment and professional staff, in order to grow while producing excellence and distributing it around the world, bringing a message of the nature and culture of the Venetian region to the consumers”, said Sandro Boscaini, president of Amarone wine, which is now quoted on the Stock Exchange, on the Aim for SMEs.

Today was the kickoff for trading and 4.6 euros was the price set for each share in what is being called "the largest operation of raising capital on AIM Italy".
The 6.436.000 shares sold, of which 4.347.000 from the share capital of the company and 2.089.000 put up for sale by Alcedo Sgr, shareholder through Bac.co Spa.

“Our family, which did not sell even one share, holds the majority of capital”, says the president of Masi Agricola Sandro Boscaini. The admission, as explained in a statement, took place following the institutional placement addressed exclusively to qualified Italian investors and foreign institutional investors (excluding the United States, Australia, Canada and Japan and any other jurisdiction in which institutional placement is subject to restrictions): 55% from 25 Italian investors and the remaining 45% from 32 foreign investors.
