TWO HUNDRED CHEFS IN A TEMPORARY RESTAURANT WILL TEACH ALL ABOUT FOOD. IT’S CALLED "IDENTITY EXPO" AND FOR 6 MONTHS AT EXPO 2015, ITALIAN AND INTERNATIONAL CHEFS WILL ALTERNATE, FROM BOTTURA TO CRACCO AND OLDANI

Two hundred chefs in a temporary restaurant will explain all about food in the space "Identity Expo", and for the entire six months at Expo 2015, Italian and international cooks will take turns cooking and teaching. Massimo Bottura will inaugurate the space on opening day, and then chefs such as Carlo Cracco and Davide Oldani will be teaching and cooking.
The chefs will cook but they will also explain the real meaning of food through lectures, meetings, cooking shows and conferences, for a total of 450 events dedicated to food culture. The program will be divided into "Identity": "Young”, "Wine", "Bread and Pizza" and " Natural Identity" (www.expo2015.org).
The CEO of Sales & Entertainment Expo, Piero Galli, and several starred chefs including Carlo Cracco and Davide Oldani explained the content and purpose of “Identity Expo” at “Identity Gourmet”, the international conference organized by Paolo Marchi, and presented today in Milan at Expo Gate.
The temporary restaurant that will debut May 1st, with chef Massimo Bottura in the kitchen, is on two floors that overlook the Decumano, between the Malaysia and Thailand pavilions.

“For the entire 6 months of Expo 2015”, explained Paolo Marchi, “there will be lessons, meetings, cooking shows and conferences for a total of 450 events dedicated to the culture of food”. “And at “Identità Expo”, clucked Galli, “we will offer entertainment for visitors who want a different experience. Food is a great attraction”.
