A shop that, with its products it sells, wants to win the war on the mafia: the “Bottega di Sapori e Saperi della Legalità” (Bottega of Flavors and Knowledge of Legality), created by the Association Libera has now opened in Rome.
The shop, which is located in Via dei Prefetti 23 (Palazzo Incontro), was inaugurated recently by Don Luigi Ciotti, the president of Libera, Nicola Zingaretti, the president of the Province of Rome, Tano Grasso, Giuseppina La Torre, the widow of Pio La Torre who is the Italian politician killed by the mafia in 1982), and their son Franco.
The shop offers an array of goods like pasta, olive oil, tomato sauce, wine, hot peppers, eggplants, and all of the other products that the group produces on the lands that have been confiscated from the mafia.
