WHEN A WINERY GETS RISQUE: AMONG THE BARRIQUE OF THE CANTINA SOCIALE DI APPIANO (BOLZANO) A PLAYBOY MODEL CAUSES A RUCKUS

An uproar was caused recently after members of the cooperative winery of Appiano, in the province of Bolzano, discovered that the cantina had been used as the set of a photo shoot for the German edition of the famous magazine ‘Playboy’, and are now threatening to withdraw their shares from the cooperative.

“The realization of the service” – wrote the newspaper ‘Tageszeintug’ – “did not leave the winery operators indifferent. One of them, overcome by the emotion of what was unfolding in front of him, lost control of a forklift, running over a case containing precious wines”.
