THE “PATRIARCH” ARGIOLAS ANTONIO, BORN 1906, FOUNDER AND GUIDE OF THE ARGIOLAS CELLARS, RECENTLY PASSED AWAY

Antonio Argiolas, class of 1906, “The Patriarch”, as the family called him, died on June 20th. He was the founder and, in certain aspects, the spiritual guide and President of the Argiolas Cellars, in Serdiana, province of Cagliari. The company is one of the top Sardinian wine companies and brought great wines such as red Turriga and the sweet white wine Angialis to fame.
