WINE TYCOON – THE VIDEO GAME THAT ALLOWS PLAYERS TO BECOME VIGNERON IN BORDEAUX, BURGUNDY, OR CHAMPAGNE

Most wine enthusiasts, at one time or another, have wished to make their own wines. It is a wish, however, that was most often impossible to realize until now. It is possible to become one, virtually that is, with the new video game Wine Tycoon by Got Game Entertainment.

Players can create the vineyard of their dreams in the most important viticultural regions of France, then coordinate all of the activities at their prestigious château, build a wine cellar, cultivate the grapes throughout the four seasons of the year and even hire laborers to pick them when they are ripe. The game continues with the production and bottling of one of 50 French wines like Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne made from a selection of over 40 different grape varietals. And finally they are sold and the player, if successful, becomes a rich wine tycoon.

The game also includes a wine encyclopedia, a glossary of technical terms, and a list of the most important varieties of grapes that are cultivated in the selected French regions.
