WINE BUS - THE “ITINERANT ENOTECA” TO PROMOTE TYPICAL WINES AND PRODUCTS OF ETNA. THE AMERICAN MADE BUS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR USE BY PUBLIC ENTITIES, WINERIES, AND PRIVATE COMPANIES FOR WINE & FOOD EVENTS AND TOURIST FAIRS

The “Itinerant Enoteca” has arrived: an American made bus will now be touring around to public city government organized events, wineries, and private companies around Etna in order to promote local products with this unique mobile bus.

The project, co-financed by Gal Terre from Etna and by Alcantara, is truly a traveling wine bar that will help promote the local wines and products of the Etna area in Sicily with events, tourist fairs and various other demonstrations.
The presentation of the Wine Bus, held at the Palmerson Etna Golf Resort, was also an occasion to present new ideas to promote the Sicilian territory in general.

With the presentation of the Wine Bus, the mayor of Castiglione di Sicilia, Claudio Scavera and the regional city councilor for agriculture, Giovanni La Via, reiterated the “importance of playing with the combination of typical products – territory for the promotion of tourism in Sicily”.
