WITHOUT REGARD OF LOCAL RELIGIOUS LAW, A WINEBAR OPENS AT THE DUBAI AIRPORT, SELLING SOME OF THE RAREST WINES IN THE WORLD

Without any regard for local custom and religious law that prohibits the use of alcohol, the Dubai airport has opened a super luxury winebar, making it one of the largest and with some of the rarest wines the world.
The winebar Le Clos boasts a cellar with some of the most sought after wines that exist, like Château Petrus 1947 (12,500 dollars per bottle), Château Cheval Blanc 1961 in magnum (15,750 dollars), and il Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, 2005 (27,778 dollars per bottle). The shop also has a collection of some of the icons of the New World wines as well like Opus One, Harlan Estate and Screaming Eagle.

The collection includes over 400 wines, mostly from France, Italy, and the U.S. as well as many from South Africa, Spain, Australia, Chile, and New Zealand. There is also a collection of cognac and whisky aged 40 years.
The shop is run by Maritime and Mercantile International, controlled by The Emirates.
