The book, “The Breath of wine", takes us on a fascinating journey into the invisible world of the wine aromas to discover the secrets of its beauty, which was presented to the public on November 10th in Milan (Westin Palace, Republic Square, number 20, in collaboration with the AIS sommeliers in Milan), authored by Luigi Moio, Professor of Enology at the University degli Studi Federico II in Naples, President of the International Organization of Vine and Wine (OIV) and wine producer of the company Quintodecimo in Mirabella Eclano, Avellino.
