Italian cuisine is the most loved around the planet, Spanish cuisine in the last 20 years has probably been the most influential, but the greatest chefs have given the crown to French cuisine. This is the verdict of the "Les 100 Chefs" ranking, which the French magazine "Le Chef" created by asking the 552 chefs around the world that boast two and three Michelin stars to choose, according to them, which of their colleagues best carry out the values of the profession and create the not to be missed cuisine.
Well, not only 7 chefs in the "top 10" are French, including the first two, Michel Troisgros of the Maison Troisgros and Yannick Alleno of Alleno Paris, but overall there are 41 French chefs in the ranking.
