Historic Tuscan estate sold to consortium for up to €400 million … A scion of the Ferragamo luxury goods company is selling a Tuscan estate comprising a historic hamlet, vineyards that produce prized wines and Italy’s only private golf club. Massimo Ferragamo and his wife Chiara bought the estate in 2003. They are to sell their “trophy asset” to a group representing investors from several continents.
