GAMBERO ROSSO: “DOCTOR WINE” DANIELE CERNILLI IS THE NEW DIRECTOR

Daniele Cernilli, also known as “Doctor Wine”, is the new director of Gambero Rosso. The company that publishes a monthly magazine and various guides – like “Vini d’Italia”, in collaboration with Slow Food, and “Ristoranti d’Italia”, as well as producing together with Raisat the satellite channel, “Raisat
Gambero Rosso Channel” – officially announced the nomination of the eno-gastronomic expert, who is already director of publications and other media. Cernilli has taken the place of Stefano Bonilli, the magazine’s founder while it was still an insert with “Il Manifesto” newspaper. The change coincides with a significant re-capitalization that, together with other operations of re-organization and restructuring, is fundamental for re-launching the company.
