CARAPELLI OLIVE OIL GOES SPANISH: CUETARA BUYS THE ITALIAN COMPANY FOR 132 MILLION EUROS

Yet another symbol of the great “Made in Italy” food producers is changing its nationality. An agreement was signed recently for the 100% ceding of Carapelli Firenze, noted for its quality olive oil, to the Spanish company SOS Cuetara, at a cost of 132.4 million euros. Arca Impresa Gestioni, MPS Venture, and BS Private Equity managed the sale.
