A “DREAM” WINE TASTING AT VINITALY: THE “TWELVE CHAMPIONS OF 1997” TASTING ORGANIZED BY VERONAFIERE AND CIVILTA’ DEL BERE, WILL INCLUDE THE LIKES OF SOLAIA, SAGRANTINO, POGGIO ALL’ORO, SANTA CECILIA, MONFORTINO, SASSICAIA, SAN LEONARDO, AND MONTIANO

The year 1997 was a history making year for Italian wines, producing some of the best vintages of the past two decades. And at the biggest international wine expo that is set to begin in Verona (Vinitaly, 3-7 April), the group VeronaFiere together with Civiltà del Bere have organized a tasting of the “top” wines from the many exceptional vintages of 1997.
The “dream” tasting will include the twelve wines that were judged the best in absolute by a panel of professionals and experts and that received a vote of excellence by at least three wine guides.
